In emergencies you can always call us (the best is WhatsApp, ask your colleagues or your advisor for the number), but always also send us an email with your contact information and a description of the problem!). We have found that help via e-mail works much better in practice.

• your name
• the name and address of the company
• a landline telephone number where you can be reached
• your mobile number
• your WhatsApp number
• when it suits you best and when it does not
• detailed description of the problem, a specific question or a request for a general discussion

You will then be contacted shortly by the person who is best placed to help you.
